ROOMS AND RATES

 

We offer Bed and Breakfast (minimum two nights stay only) to include full continental and cooked breakfast. Prices are the total price per room for up to two people. The price for the King rooms is £255 per night and for the Double room £235 per night. 

 

We are happy to look at a one night stay, subject to availability, however, there will be a surcharge of £25 per night per room. In addition, if it is a group booking for all three rooms we are willing to accommodate a night’s stay, subject to availability.

 

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS

 

Bookings can be made by emailing bookings@cloaiehouse.com. Booking requests must include full name, address, telephone number, email address and proposed dates of stay.

 

Upon receipt of the email enquiry, we will check availability and aim to confirm to you within 24 hours if we are able to accommodate you. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The outstanding balance is to be paid in full 28 days before your arrival. 

 

PAYMENT

 

We are only able to accept payment online into our bank account. Cheques are acceptable for guests who do not have online access. Please note we are only able to confirm the booking for guests paying by cheque once the cheque has cleared and we have funds in our account. 

 

We do not accept debit or credit card payments. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

In the event of cancellation, your initial deposit is non-refundable. You will also be liable to pay the balance due to all cancellations that occur any later than two weeks prior to arrival date if we are unable to re-let the rooms.

 

We will issue a full refund  of your deposit if we are able to re-let the rooms for full  booking dates.

 

To cancel a booking, please contact us via email. 

 

ROOM AVAILABILITY 

 

Rooms are available for check-in from 2.30pm onwards. Check out is by 11am. 

 

SMOKEFREE PREMISES

 

We are a non- smoking establishment. We will allow people to smoke in a designated area of the garden.

 

ALCOHOL

 

We are not licensed to sell alcohol but are happy for guests to bring their own drinks to our bar. We request, however, that guests not drink red wine on the premises.

 

LIABILITY

 

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, illness, or injury to any guests or guests’ vehicles or possessions. We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance as guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents.

 

ALLERGIES AND DOGS

 

Please advise us in advance of any allergies or other conditions you have that may affect your stay or affect our family or other gusts. 

 

Guests allergic to dogs should be aware that we own a dog that normally live on the property although they will not be resident there during your stay (unless with prior agreement). Guests with any allergies must accept any risks this gives rise to.

 

CLOAIE B&B FACILITIES 

 

We request guests do not invite other people to our property., If guests do invite any other persons onto our property without our permission they will be liable for any damage, loss, illness or injury to themselves or other guests, guests’ vehicles or possessions.

 

Please note we live on the premises and this is our family home.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Any data collected during the course of your enquiry, booking or stay is used for Cloaie House B&B only.  We will not share your details with any third party unless agreed with you in the first instance.
